We prepare and connect employers with trained healthcare professionals at various stages of certification, including:

• Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Medication Technicians / Aides (CMT)

These individuals complete structured training programs at Infinite Health Care Academy and are either certification-ready or in the final stages of certification preparation, depending on their program completion status.

We are continuously expanding our network of healthcare employers across Georgia, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, home care agencies, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

We maintain structured training standards to ensure employer-ready preparation across all programs.

All students are required to:

• Maintain a minimum 80% course average
• Attend in-person skills lab and clinical training
• Complete hands-on competency evaluations throughout their program

Each student is assessed on practical skill performance and clinical readiness as part of their training progression, ensuring they are prepared for healthcare environments upon completion of program requirements.

Healthcare facilities can partner with Infinite Health Care Academy in two primary ways:

• Direct contact: Facilities can reach out directly to the Director of Operations, who oversees Career Services and Business Development. • Online request: Facilities can also visit the Employer Hub / Our Hiring Partners page and select the “Become a Hiring Partner” option to submit a partnership request.

Once submitted, our team follows up to align employer needs with available or upcoming trained candidates from our Nurse Aide (CNA) and Medication Technician / Aide (CMT) training programs.

Once a facility is an active partner with IHCA, we connect them with qualified candidates based on their staffing needs.

We prepare and pipeline candidates from our:

• Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program
• Medication Technician / Aide (CMT) Training Program

This allows employers to receive candidates who are either completing training or preparing for certification exams.

Infinite Health Care Academy serves healthcare facilities across Coastal and Southeast Georgia, including Midway, Fort Stewart, Savannah, Hinesville, Brunswick, Jesup, and surrounding areas.

While our primary training and employer network is concentrated in this region, our Medication Technician (CMT) graduates extend across Georgia, supporting statewide healthcare workforce needs.
